Acquiring Satellites
To receive a strong signal, make sure your device has an
unobstructed view of the sky. It may take a few minutes
for your device to locate satellites the first time you turn
the power on.

When you first turn on your device, you'll need to do
a couple things to set it up. You know, answer a few
questions. Get to know each other.

Review or change the Language.

Review or change the Time Zone, Distance Units, and
Temperature Units.

Optionally customise the buttons on the rear of the
device.

Read and accept the Safety Warning.

Read and accept the End User License Agreement.

Connect your Bluetooth® enabled mobile phone. (Or

see "connect it" on page 9 to connect later.)

Read the Traffic feature notice, if it appears.

Use your connected mobile phone to try MotoExtras.

Tap Yes for a tutorial or tap No to continue.

Tap Done to start using your device.
