3. Gently press the chip halfway into the socket. If the chip
goes in at an angle, remove it with a chip puller or a small
flat-head screwdriver and reinsert the chip.
4. With the chip properly inserted, push down firmly on both
ends of the chip to make sure it is well-seated.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 until all chips are installed.
