Application
Grafiprint MP20 micro‐porous inkjet film has been especially designed for printing full‐colour graphics for indoor advertising on a non‐
corrugated surface. Grafiprint micro‐porous inkjet film can be used on most water based inkjet printers with pigmented inks (not suited
for dye inks).
Composition
Front material: micro‐porous matt film with a thickness of ± 200 micron, provided with a permanent glue (thickness incl. glue)
Adhesive: permanent pressure‐sensitive water‐based acrylic adhesive
Backing paper: white craft paper of 90 gr/m²

- Page 2 Storage Instructions All Grafiprint materials always need to be stored in their original packing and with the original protection flanges (and preferably stored vertically). In order to avoid any loss of quality, the Grafiprint Inkjet Vinyl should also be stored in suitable conditions, that is at a temperature between 10 and 20°C, and a relative humidity of 50 %. Under these conditions, the vinyl will have a shelf life of 18 months. Before printing on the Grafiprint materials, we advise you to have them acclimatize for a certain period of time (at least 12 hours) in the room in which they will be printed. Laminating A laminate can prolong the outdoor life of a digital print considerably. This also goes for the prints that have been made on the Grafiprint MP20 micro‐porous vinyl. As this material does not hold any inkjet coating, it is not necessary to apply the laminate with an overlap, or to overlaminate the sides. It is sufficient to apply a laminate up to the side of the print. Before applying a laminate on the Grafiprint MP20, please make sure the inks have dried sufficiently (3 days up to 1 week), as remaining solvents and moisture can lead to blistering and the laminate coming off.
