DVD Audio Connections Connecting a TV Equipped with S-VIDEO Input Jacks When you want to achieve a better video image by connecting a TV equipped with an S-VIDEO input connector to the Product, you should use an S-VIDEO cable (commercially available) to connect the TV to the Product. VCR Setup Setting the Channels Your Product can receive VHF channels 1A to E12 (US AIR 2 to 13), CATV/HYPER channels S1 to S41 and UHF channels E21 to E69 (US AIR 14 to 78). Your Product has 84 programmable channel positions, each of which can be set to any of the broadcast and CATV/HYPER channels.

TV Programme Recording Cassette Erase Protection ERASURE PROTECTION TAB cassette has a removable tab to prevent accidental PAL SECAM erasure of recorded material. Removing the tab prevents recording. To record on a video cassette with the tab removed, place adhesive tape over the tab opening.
TV Programme Recording Recording NICAM/IGR Multiplex Broadcasts This Product is capable of receiving NICAM multiplex broadcasts (PAL-I, B/G, D/K) and IGR multiplex broad- casts (PAL- B/G, D/K). NICAM multiplex broadcasts will be recorded in stereo/bilingual when the NICAM setting on the OSD’s MODE is set to AUTO.

Programming the Timer with G- System (DV-NC70W only) CODE ® This product has the G- programming system. By simply inputting CODE the G- number with the number buttons, you can programme your CODE Product timer recording. The G- numbers are listed in most newspaper, TV guide, and CODE local cable TV listings.
