Limited Warranty
Limited Warranty Coverage
If your product does not work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanshipin a Panasonfc provided part, Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company or Panasonic Sales
Company (collectivelyreferred to as =the warrantor")will, for the length of the periodindicated on the chart below, which starts with the date of purchase ("warrantyperiod"), at its option,
repair or provide a replacement for that part(s) with new or refurbished parts.

Duringthe warranty period,there will be no charge for parts. This warranty does not include labor for replacingdefective parts or other costs incurredfor servicing such as contractorvisit
or contractorminimumcharges, installing,removing,shippingor handling.Such costmay or may notbe covered by a separate warrantyprovided by the contractorwho installedthe product.
If a part or parts are defective, the contractorwill advise Penasonic,and Panasonic willforward the replacement part(s) tothe contractor. If non-rechargeable batteries are included, they are
notwarranted. This limitedwarrantyonlyappliesto productspurchasedand servicedin the United States or PuertoRicoand is extended onlyto the originalpurchaser ofa new product which
was not sold "as is". A purchase receiptor other proof of the odginal purchase/installationdate is required for warranty service.

Limited Warranty Limits And Exclusions
This warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to defects in matedaFsor workmanship in components provided by Panasonic, and DOES NOT COVER normal wear and tear or cosmeti_
damage. The warl'antyALSO DOES NOT COVER damages which Occurredin shipment,or failures which are caused by productsnotsupplied by the warrantor, or failures whichresult from
accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication,alteration, faulty installation,set-up adjustments, operating the product in a corrosive atmosphere containing chlorine,
fluorine, or any other chemicals, misadjustment of consumer controls, improper maintenance, power line surge, lightning damage, modification, or service by anyone other than an
authorized contractor,or damage that is attdbutable to acts of God.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS LISTED UNDER "LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE". THE WARRANTOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. (As examples, thisexcludes damages
for losttime, parts used in connectionwith normal maintenance such as air filters and owner-required maintenance. The items listed are not exclusive, but are for illustrationonly.) ALL
EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED TO THE PERIOD OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY.
