be washed
regularl)

lose their shine, regardless
of
the best care you can give them.
This is
due to their continual
exposure
to high
teml)eratures.
Do not operate

of time without
cookware

grate. The finish on the gram may chip
without
cook\vare
to absorb
the heat.
Porcelain Enamel Cooktop (onsome models)
The porcelain
enamel
finish is sturdy but
breakable
if misused.
This finish is acid-
resist;rot.
However,
any addic
toods
spilled
(such as fl'uitjuices,
tomato
or
vinegar)
should
not be pemfitted
to
remain
on the finish.
If acidsspillon thecooktop whileit is hot,usea
drypapertowelor clothto wipeit up@t away
Whenthesurfacehascooled, w ashwith soap
and water Rinse well.
For other
spills such as tilt spatterings,
wash with soap and water or cleansing

Rinse well. Polish with a dry cloth.
Stainless Steel Surfaces (onsome models)
Do notusea steel wool pad;it will scratch
thesurface.
To clean the stainless steel sm_hce,
use
warn/sudsy
water; a stainless steel cleaner

liquid or spray cleane_: _Mways scrub
in the direction
of the grain. Rinse
thoroughly
with a sponge
or cloth and
