Cause
Reliability has been determined
to be low after multiple measure-
ment data have been analyzed.
The cause of the low reliability
may be:
(1) Eye has moved.
(2) Reflection rate of examinee's
eye is low.
Printing has been cancelled by
pressing one of the switches
during printing.
There is no measurement data.
"PRINT" is set to "OFF" in SET
mode.
Both "PRINT" and "TRANS" are
set to "OFF" in SET mode.
Printer lever is lowered.
There is no printing paper.
The printer head is too hot.
The printer head is too cold.
Data is being transmitted.
Data transfer has been com-
pleted.
There is no measurement data.
Transmission has been can-
celled by pressing one of the
switches during transfer.
The instrument has received a
break character from the exter-
nal equipment.
The connected equipment is not
ready yet or not connected.
Format set in SET mode and
that of the external equipment
do not match.

8.2 Before Calling a Service Person
Remedy
Measure again.
Perform printing again as
required.
Print after measurement.
Set "PRINT" to "ON" as required.
Set them to "ON" as required.
Raise the lever.
Load role of printing paper.
Wait for about 5 minutes and try
again.
