INSTALLATION
1. To ensure adequate ventilation for your fridge freezer, it is
recommended to provide space of 6cm on both sides and
at the back, and space of 9cm above the fridge freezer.
Insufficient spacing will decrease the cooling efficiency,
resulting in unnecessary consumption of electricity.

2. Using the two front Adjustable feet, ensure that the
fridge freezer is positioned firmly and level on the floor.

OPERATION

CONTROLLING TEMPERATURES
The fridge freezer controls its temperature automatically. However, if needed, adjust the temperature as follows.

Turning the refrigerator's thermostat you can select to increase or reduce the temperature in the refrigerator.
To select more or less temperature in the freezer, turn the thermostat of the freezer: Position 1: Minimum coldness & Posi-
tion 7: Maximum coldness
• The temperature inside the refrigerator can be affected by ambient temperature, location of the appliance, and fre-
quency of door opening.
When the temperature is very high, you will obtain better performance with the thermostat in the middle position.
• Do not introduce into the refrigerator hot food or liquids without a lid.
• NEVER introduce volatile liquids, flammables or explosives such as solvents, alcohol, acetone or gasoline. There is
danger of explosion.
• It is better to wrap meets and fishes to avoid bad smell.
HINTS WHEN MAKING ICE
1. Do not over fill the Ice cube trays; otherwise the ice cubes will be joined together when frozen.
2. When the ice cubes are made, turn the lever clockwise to empty the ice into the Ice cube box.
NOTE:
To prevent damage to the Ice cube box, do not make ice in the Ice cube box or pour oil
into it.
DEFROSTING
Defrosting is fully automatic due to a unique energy saving system. Whereby the defrost cycle start time is proportional to
the running time of your fridge freezer compressor, i. e., the less time the fridge freezer compressor operates (during the
winter season or you're away on holidays), the longer the time between each defrost cycle.
DEODORIZING UNIT
A built-in unit which requires no manual operation because it automatically starts operating when the fridge freezer is powered on.

NOTE:
• Position your fridge freezer so that the plug is accessible.
• Keep your fridge freezer out of direct sunlight.
• Do not place next to heat generating appliance.
When transporting
1. Before transporting, wipe dry any water in the Evaporat-
ing pan located on the rear.
2. Carry the fridge freezer by holding the handles located
on the rear and bottom.
Before switching the fridge freezer on
• Clean the inside with warm water. Rinse and dry care-
fully.
• Wait for 2 hours before starting, to ensure that the motor
lubricants have stabilised.
• If the fridge freezer has been switched off, wait 4 hours
after restarting before placing food inside.
