Using the Telephone Note: If the handset is in the base station or charger unit, only the key and key will function. Lift the handset out of the base station/charger unit for use. Switching the handset On/Off When the handset is put in the base station/charger unit it switches on automatically and charges up. -

Teleconference If you are already on an external call, it is possible to include another internal handset in the conversation and hold a three-way conference call. 1. Changing the Handset Volume You can adjust the handset volume during a call (external or internal), the volume level is displayed. There are 5 different volume levels. During a call: 1. Speed Dial Numbers Your Motorola telephone has 9 speed dial keys (keys 1- 9). You can select any of the numbers stored in the phonebook and save them on a speed dial key. Each emergency number can have a maximum of 5 digits. Example: If you set 123 as an emergency number - only number 123 can dialls out with call restrictions set. -

Switching Auto Answer On/Off The automatic call answering function (auto answer on) enables an incoming call to be taken immediately when the handset is lifted from the base station (or charger unit).
