    Daily use Oven function Application DEFROST To defrost frozen food. BASE HEAT To bake cakes with a crispy base, and to preserve food PYROLUXE MENU For automatic pyrolytic cleaning of the oven. The oven tem- perature is at approximately 500° C. It burns off residual dirt in the oven.

    Daily use Setting a clock function again and again, until the necessary clock function flashes (see chapter „Clock functions“). Cooling fan When the appliance operates, the cooling fan switches on automatically to keep the sur- faces of the appliance cool.

    Daily use 1. To switch on the function, turn the control knob clockwise as far as possible (pass the highest heat setting). 2. To continue the cooking process, turn the control knob to the necessary heat setting. 3. To complete the cooking process, turn the control knob to the “0” position.     Daily use Inserting the oven shelf and deep roasting pan together Put the oven shelf on the deep roasting pan. Push the deep roasting pan between the guide-bars of one of the oven levels. Inserting/Removing the Fat Filter Only use the fat filter when roasting to protect the rear heating elements from fat splashes.
