I n t r o d u c t i o n Introduction With the Nokia Bluetooth GPS Module you can determine your current position and direction easily. The GPS module uses Bluetooth wireless technology to communicate positioning information to a compatible device, such as a mobile phone or PC. -

I n t r o d u c t i o n ■ About the GPS The GPS (Global Positioning System) is a worldwide satellite-based radio navigation system. The GPS module can calculate its location to an accuracy of 10 meters (33 feet). G e t s t a r t e d When you disconnect the power cord of any enhancement, grasp and pull the plug, not the cord. ■ Charge the battery The GPS module has an internal, nonremovable, rechargeable battery. Do not attempt to remove the battery from the GPS module, as you may damage it. - Page 12 G e t s t a r t e d Charging the battery for 15 minutes provides about 6 hours of operating time with the AC-4, AC-5, and DC-4 chargers. B a s i c u s e ■ Switch off To switch off, press and hold the power key until the battery indicator light flashes red briefly.
