Remove the WWAN module (4) by pulling the module away from the slot at an angle.
NOTE:
Reverse this procedure to install a WWAN module.

Memory module

Description
1 GB memory module (PC3 10600 1333 MHz, single channel)
2 GB memory module (PC3 10600 1333 MHz, single channel) (select models only)
Before removing the memory module, follow these steps:
1.
Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn
the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2.
Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3.
Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet
and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.

Remove the memory module:

Pull away the retention clips (1) on each side of the memory module to release the module. (The
memory module tilts up (2).)
CAUTION:
