ABOUT THIS MANUAL Thank you for buying the Fujitsu DL7400 dot matrix printer. You can expect years of reliable service with very little maintenance. This manual explains how to use your printer to full advantage. It is written for both new and experienced printer users.

CHAPTER 6 MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE Your printer requires very little care. Occasional cleaning and replacement of the ribbon cartridge are all that is required. Lubrication of the printer is usually not necessary. If the print head carriage does not move smoothly back and forth, clean the printer as described in this chapter.
