OOB FREQUENCY

The OOB FREQUENCY is the center frequency of the set-top OOB tuner. The frequency range
is 70 to 130 MHz.

OOB CARRIER LOCK

The OOB CARRIER LOCK indicates if the OOB receiver is locked to the carrier.
