extension's name:
Keys for Entering Names
When you want to . . .
Enter a blank space. After selecting
your entry, press CHECK to have the
system accept it.
Enter extended ASCII characters.
Press repeatedly to scroll through the
list. After selecting your entry, press
CHECK to have the system accept it.
Enter punctuation marks. Press repeat-
edly to scroll through the list. After
selecting your entry, press CHECK to
have the system accept it.
Save text entry as part of the name
when you want to select it. You need
to press CHECK after selecting char-
acters from One-Touch Keys 1-10.
You don't need to press CHECK after
dialing a dial pad digit (0-9, # and *).
Clear the text entry if you want to start
over.
Enter number, # and * as part of the
name. You don't need to press CHECK
after entering these characters.
