Gas appliances can cause minor exposure to four of these substances, namely benzene, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde and soot, caused primarily by the imperfect combustion of natural or LP gas.

    IMPORTANT SAFETy INSTRUCTIONS COOK MEAT AND POULTRY THOROUGHLY To protect against foodborne illnesses, cook meat and poultry thoroughly—meat to at least an INTERNAL temperature of 160°F and poultry to at least an INTERNAL temperature of 180°F.
