Distorted sound in
Bluetooth mode
Volume is too low
•
Check if the power
LED is blinking amber.
If LED is blinking
amber, this indicates
that battery status is
low. Connect the USB
charging cable and
charge the battery.
• Remove any
obstructions between
the speaker and the
user.
• Set the volume
level of the
Bluetooth
device to fifty
percent.
• Decrease the volume
level of the speaker.
• Test the speaker
using another
audio source,
for example a
portable music
player.
• Make sure no loose
objects are touching
the speaker.
• Check if the power
LED is blinking amber.
If LED is blinking
amber, this indicates
that battery status is
low. Connect the USB
charging cable and
charge the battery.
• Remove any
