Playback
During playback there is video noise.
- Video heads are dirty. Clean the video heads

- Check again that the camcorder is properly connected to the TV

- TVNIDEO selector on the TV is not set to VIDEO. Set the selector to VIDEO

Editing
Cannot record with this camcorder video input from an external video device connected using a DV cable.
