Cause and measures
No camera head is connected to the CCU. Connect the camera head to the CCU
in the standby state, and restart the unit.
No more still image files can be recorded in the directory or the specified number
is already assigned to a directory with a different name. Set another directory
number with Photo >Number Set in the OTHERS menu.
