After you modify the Battery saver settings to your preferences, tap the switch (at the upper-right corner of the screen) to toggle it On (blue)

    The Basics Getting to Know the Home Screen The Home screen is your starting point to access all of the features on your phone using simple motions on the touchscreen. It’s comprised of multiple panels (swipe horizontally to switch). You can customize all of your Home screen panels with app shortcuts, icons, widgets, and other features.

Rearrange: Touch and hold the icon to move, then drag it to another position in the QuickTap bar. Add: Open the Applications screen, then drag the icon you want onto the QuickTap bar.
