0.02 mm (0.0008 in)
olf the warpage is out of specification, reface
the cylinder head.
oPlace a 400-600 grit wet sandpaper on the
surface plate, and re-surface the head using
a figure-eight sanding pattern.
NOTE:
Rotate the head several times to avoid remov-
ing too much material from one side.
CYLINDER AND PISTON

From the piston crown and ring grooves.

®Score marks and lacquer deposits
From the sides of piston.
Use a 600-800 grit wet sandpaper.

sively.

Wear/Scratches/Damage_ Replace.
