The guest is awoken with a wakeup call in the lan-
guage of his or her choice (specified at check-in).
If the guest does not answer, the wakeup call is
aborted after 30 seconds and then repeated five
minutes later.
After two unsuccessful attempts, the wakeup call
is abandoned and an advisory message sent to the
reception telephone. This message must be
confirmed by personnel at reception.
The wakeup service can be set at reception for
between one and 9 days (min.) for daily wakeup.
But if wakeup is programmed from the guest's
room, wakeup can only be requested for one spe-
cific day or for every day of the week.
