HANDLEBAR AND STEERING
3. Tighten:
Steps for tightening the steering nut:
1. Tighten the lower ring nut
2. Loosen the lower ring nut
3. Check the steering for smooth operation.
4. Install rubber washer
5. Install central ring nut
6. Install the lock washer
7. Supporting the lower and central ring nuts,
