problems
In the case of faults that continue for more than 5 min-
utes, for example, contact your service personnel.

Troubleshooting

Pressed key does not respond:
Check if the key is stuck.
Telephone does not ring:
Check whether the "Do not disturb" function is activated
on your telephone (
You cannot dial an external number:
Check whether your telephone is locked.
If the phone is locked, unlock it
The displayed time is incorrect:
The time is corrected automatically over night after 24
hours at the latest.
To correct any other problems:
First contact the relevant service personnel. If the ser-
vice personnel are unable to correct the problem, they
must contact Customer Service.

Caring for your telephone

Never allow the telephone to come into contact
with coloring, oily or aggressive agents.
Always use a damp or antistatic cloth to clean the
telephone. Never use a dry cloth.
If the telephone is very dirty, clean it with a diluted
neutral cleaner containing surfactants, such as a
dish detergent. Afterwards remove all traces of the
cleaner with a damp cloth (using water only).
Never use aggressive or alcohol-based cleansers on
plastic parts. The use of scouring agents is also for-
bidden.
