When this code is input, ASCII codes (128)0 to (159)0, and (255)0
are set as printable characters.
This code is used to define the download characters into codes (128)0
to (159)0' etc.
International characters are provided in ASCII (128)0 to (159)0
which are usually set as unprintable codes.
These codes become printable upon input of the ESC 6 code.
