Noise Reduction

Adjusts the settings of picture noise reduction.

The functions are unavailable when " PC Monitor Mode " is set to " On " or
when signals in a PC signal format are coming in.

Digital VNR

Reduces picture noise.
Auto : Estimates the amount of noise automatically and applies

suitable noise reduction processing.
High / Medium / Low / Off

MPEG NR
Reduces noise on MPEG pictures such as mosquito-noise and block-
noise.

3DY/C
Detects the type of the picture signal (movie or still picture) which is input
to INPUT-3 from composite terminal and applies a suitable Y/C separation
process to each type.

Unavailable when " Picture Delay Time " is set to " Short ".
●
Unavailable when the format of the incoming signal is other than NTSC 3.58,
PAL50, PAL M or PAL N.
