Insert the power cable.

•Only for the very first time to turn the power ON with the main

power switch immediately after the setup, is the automatic set-up

mode activated including the following adjustments.

AUTO-TONER SENSOR ADJUSTMENT

SETUP FOR TONER CARTRIDGE

AUTOMATIC GAMMA ADJUSTMENT

* Never turn the power OFF with the main power switch until the

automatic gamma adjustment has been completed.

AUTOMATIC SET-UP MODE

Insert the power cable.

* Be sure to install the equipment

near an electric outlet so that it is

easily accessible.

* Attach the ground wire for Japan.
