Error codes on scan jobs

The error indications on scan jobs are done as follows:
On TopAccess log list, messages indicating the status are displayed.
On the touch panel of the equipment, error codes are displayed. See the listings below.

Corrective Action
Confirm that the specified fax numbers are registered in
the address book of the equipment. If not, register the fax
numbers in the address book and ask the sender to
resend the Email with the correct fax numbers.
Confirm that the job is recovered or not. If not, ask the
sender to resend the Email.
Confirm if the Fax Send Function of MFP setting is disable
or not.
Ask your administrator whether the DNS and mail server
settings are correctly set. If they are, ask the sender to
confirm that the destination address is correct.
Ask the sender to specify up to 40 destinations for one
offramp gateway job. The equipment cannot perform
offramp gateway transmission for more than 40
destinations.
Make sure that the Fax unit is installed, or connected
correctly.

properly. If SSL is enabled, make sure that SSL port
number is correctly set.
Ask your administrator whether the POP3 server works
properly and the LAN cable is connected to the server.
