After system administration has been started Æ page 7, the keys of the system telephone

have meanings which differ from the usual telephone functions. These special functions

are briefly illustrated below, using an optiset E memory telephone as an example:

Scroll (back and forth within a function, for

example from station 11 to station 12)

Press the "OK" dialog key to confirm selec-

tion of the displayed or marked function or

menu line or to scroll within a function (such

as from station 11 to station 12).

On optiset E standard, optiset E advance plus/comfort, and optiset E advance con-

ference/conference models the keys perform the same functions. The only differ-

ence is that there is no keypad with special keys.

You must have an optiset E memory model to enter text.

Press function keys F1 to F8 if

prompted in the menu

mark a menu line with the cursor „.
