If you log in to CA Client using an SLT extension, you cannot use the answer call, hold retrieve, busy
override, listen in, TRS change, or call waiting functions in CA Client.

Some call functions may not be available when CA Client is used with a PS. Your PBX's MPR Software
File Version also determines the availability of certain call functions when using CA Client with a PS. The
chart below details which CA call functions are available for PSs.
