3. ABOUT THE CD-ROM

There are the following two CD-ROMs comes with the product:
- User Documentation CD-ROM
The following manuals in PDF format are included in the User Documentation CD-ROM.
-OPERATOR'S MANUAL

The OPERATOR'S MANUAL provides the items come with the e-STUDIO170F, setup procedure and
available functions.
The OPERATOR'S MANUAL also provides the general precautions that users must keep. Be sure to read
this manual before using the equipment.
-OPERATOR'S MANUAL FOR TOSHIBA Viewer
The OPERATOR'S MANUAL FOR TOSHIBA Viewer provides the installation procedure, available
functions of the TOSHIBA viewer and installation procedure of driver for each OS.
- TOSHIBA Viewer CD-ROM
In the TOSHIBA Viewer CD-ROM, the following client software can be installed.
-TOSHIBA Viewer
Includes the Setup.exe to install the TOSHIBA Viewer, printer driver and TWAIN driver.
For more details about the installation procedure of the TOSHIBA viewer, please see "Installing the
TOSHIBA Viewer" in chapter 2 "INSTALLATION" in the OPERATOR'S MANUAL FOR TOSHIBA Viewer.
-USB Driver
Includes the USB driver for Windows 98 SE/Me/2000/XP/Server2003.
For more details about the installation procedure of the USB driver for each OS, please see "Installing
the USB Driver" in chapter 2 "INSTALLATION" in the OPERATOR'S MANUAL FOR TOSHIBA Viewer.
-Printer Driver (Local)
Includes the printer driver and TWAIN driver for ADD Printer function in Windows 98 SE/Me/2000/XP/
Server2003 that e-STUDIO170F is connected in local.
For more details about the installation procedure of the Printer driver (Local) for each OS, please see
"Installing the Printer Driver to the Local Client" in chapter 2 "INSTALLATION" in the OPERATOR'S
MANUAL FOR TOSHIBA Viewer.
-Printer Driver (Network)
Includes the printer driver for the network client computers of Windows 98 SE/Me/2000/XP/Server2003.
