dial
the
extension

number,
flex

external
number,
once
answered
announce
the
call,
and

to
transfer.

extension
number,
flex
key
or
external
number
and
hang
up
to
transfer.

If
Busy/No
Answer
–
Press
Trans/PGM
key
to
return
to
caller
or
flashing

Dial

number,
if
engaged
press

CAMP‐ON
soft
button,
and
hang
up
for

a
call‐back
or
press
MSG
soft
key
to
leave
a
voicemail
message
(only
if
user
has

voicemail
set
up)

With
the
caller
on
the
phone
press
Trans/PGM
then
601
to
609
(there
are
8

default
line
numbers).
This
will
hold
the
caller
in
the
system


 Dial
the
relevant
park
location
number
601‐609

Press
Headset
key,
then
0
for
Headset
use
or
1
for
Handset
use
then
Hold/Save


 Press
DND
key
‐
Internal
callers
will
get
"Do
Not
Disturb"
on
their
display
and

your
phone
will
not
ring.
Press
DND
again
to
turn
off

Press
right
navigation
key
to
change
soft
key
functions,
then
press
FWD
soft
key.


The
screen
will
then
display
the
different
types
of
forward
available,
using
your

down
navigation
key
scroll
until
the
desired
forward
is
highlighted
(1‐5)
using
the

OK
soft
key
or
SELECT
key
in
the
centre
of
the
navigation
keys.

You
must
now
enter
the
location
you
want
to
divert
to
‐
for
an
extension
or
group

just
key

digit
number

a
number

your
speed
dial
list
