3. A charge will be made on service calls due to poor or incomplete

b. Leaks in pipes or fittings.

heater of closestavalhblecapacityand quality:If purchaserdoesnot qualifyfor freeinstallationas provided in the One YearLimited Labor
Warranty below,there will be a chargefor installation.
If the replacementwater heater of dosest availablecapacityand qualitydoes not meet currentapplicablegovernmentstandards,there will be
a charge for the differencein price betweenthe replacementwhich doesnot meet governmentstandardsand one which doesmeet govern-
ment standa_
If the water heater is subjectedto commercial,institutional, or industrial u_eor use in residencesof two familiesor more, the abovewarrant
coveragefor tanks that leak is effectivefor twoyearsfrom the date of purchaseand the LimitedWarrantyOn Parts below is effectivefor one
year from the date of purchase.

installed should the workmanship of any Seats arran l_ed installation
prove faulty within one year, Searswill, upon notice trom you, cause
such faults to be corrected atno additional c ost to you. If you want this
heater professionallyinstalled by Seats contact your SearsSalesperson.
They will arrange for prompt, quality installation.
Sears Installation Policy
All installation laborarranged by Seats shall be performed in a neat,
workmanlikemanner in accordancewith generallyacceptedtrade prac-
tices. Further, all installationsshall comply with all locallaws,codes
regulationsandordinances.The customer shall atsobe protected, dur-
ing installation,by insurancerelatingto propertydamage,Worker's
Compensation and Public Liability.
