Make sure that the eartip is

placed properly in the receiver
Correct
The eartip should be inserted
until it reaches the indication line.
· The above illustration shows an M size eartip.
"3" indicates the size of the receiver unit.
· Make sure that the eartip is firmly attached to
the receiver.
· If the eartip is not inserted until the indication
line, push it with your fingers.
When removing the eartip from the receiver,
be sure to hold the receiver on the outer side near the
tubing with your thumb and forefinger and pull out the
eartip.
Incorrect
CAUTION
· If the eartip is not firmly attached to
the receiver, it may come off and
remain in the ear. If this occurs, never
try to remove it yourself. Consult your
physician immediately. Seeking
prompt medical care is important to
avoid possible complications.
· If the eartip gets torn, never use it.
