Custom Settings
The settings for PBC (Playback Control),
Line and Subwoofer can be changed.

Set Playback Control (PBC) to ON or OFF.
On : Video CDs with PBC are played
according to the PBC.
Off : Video CDs with PBC are played the
same way as Audio CDs.
xLINE
Select the method of outputting video
signals from the EURO AV OUTPUT (TO
TV) jack on the rear panel of the receiver.
VIDEO
Outputs video signals.
RGB
Outputs RGB signals.
Note
If your TV does not conform to the RGB signals, no
picture appears on the TV screen even if you select
"RGB." Refer to the instructions supplied with your
TV.
xSUBWOOFER
YES: Select this if the subwoofer is used.
NONE: Select this if no subwoofer is used.

• By default, SUBWOOFER is set to "YES"(Config-
1). All speakers connected with this receiver should
be "Small".
• If you do not use the subwoofer, select "NONE" for
SUBWOOFER(Config-2) and use an all-range
speaker(Large) for Front.
Note
If you connect "Small" for the front speaker and
"NONE" for the subwoofer, the front speaker is
given the bass range that exceeds the capability of the
speaker and the speaker may be damaged.
