Problem
Not all dictations are uploaded to the FTP server
A WLAN adapter does not show up in the Admin-
istration tool overview list
Possible cause/solution
• Open the WLAN adapter configuration interface by entering its IP address in
your Web browser or using the WLAN adapter Administration Tool and check
the ' A utomatic file upload' settings. Activate WLAN ADAPTER DEFINES
UPLOAD SETTINGS and select UPLOAD ALL DICTATION FILES.
• The reason is most likely that the WLAN adapter was unable to connect to the
FTP server. Check the following:
• Verify if the WLAN adapter is connected to the main power supply.
• Verify if the WLAN adapter is connected to the network.
• Is the IP address of the WLAN adapter configured properly?
• Are the FTP settings of the WLAN adapter the same as those in the Administra-
tion tool?
