Tap on the viewing area and the function icons will appear as shown below.
Two Way Talk – Tap on to activate the function. Press the round button
once to speak through the Camera. Toggle the button again to listen to the
audio feedback from the Camera. (Pictures A23, A24)

Tap the Video icon to activate the Video function and press the red button to
