LAST NUMBER REDIAL
Press the REDIAL key.
The last number dialed from that extension will be displayed. Up to
five previously dialed numbers can be displayed.
Depress the # or * key when desired number appears in the display
The number is automatically dialed.
Non-display phones store the last number dialed only.
HISTORY KEY
Press the HIST. Soft Key.
"OG" (Outgoing Calls) and "IC" (Incoming Calls) will be displayed.
Press "OG" Soft Key to view up to ten previously dialed numbers
Press "Next" Soft Key and then "Redial" Soft Key to dial the number
displayed.
Press "IC" Soft Key to view up to ten incoming calls.
Press "Next" Soft Key and then "CB" to dial the number displayed
ONE-TOUCH SPEED DIAL
To program speed dial, press Feature, desired line key, dial the number
and press Feature again.
Depress line key to call that number.
SYSTEM SPEED DIAL
Lift the Handset or press Speaker to receive dial tone.
Dial # # and 3 digit code, number will be dialed automatically
AUTHORIZATION CODES
Dial *0, then Authorization Code, listen for dial tone
Dial 9 and the number desired
Overrides Day/Nite Timer
PICK UP GROUP
Lift the Handset or press Speaker to receive dial tone.
Dial *7 or press Pick soft key, to retrieve call.
SOFT KEYS
MIC= Turns microphone on and off
HIST= History of Incoming and Outgoing Calls
PICK= Press key to pick a call from another phone
CALL FORWARD ALL CALLS (ACTIVATE)
Lift the Handset or press Speaker to receive dial tone.
Dial * 3, receive stutter dial tone.
Dial the destination extension or external number.
Receive service set tone.
Hang up.
CALL FORWARD ALL CALLS (DEACTIVATE)
Lift the Handset or press Speaker to receive dial tone.
Dial # 3
Receive service set tone.
Hang up.
