Connecting the H12HW with a device or machine
There are several things that you can do by operating a PC after
connecting it with the H12HW; for example, connecting the phone
into the Internet and sending/receiving MMS messages.
Install two types of software into the PC in advance: one for connection with

the phone and the other for dial-up access. For further information in Japanese
about installation, see "USB 接続 " (p.10-8) and " ダイヤルアップでインター
ネットに接続する " (p.10-13) in the Japanese User Guide.
Connecting the H12HW with a PC
Use the provided USB cable to connect the phone with your PC.
After installation, the "EMOBILE PC Assistant" window appears on
the PC screen. The English "EMOBILE PC Assistant" window appears
if your PC has an English operating system in it.

You can also use Bluetooth for the connection.

Communication
Follow the steps below to use the USB cable to connect the phone
with your PC.

Select
(Connectivity) on the main menu → "Modem".

Select "Modem via USB".

Use the USB cable to connect the phone with the PC.

Click "Activate Dial-up networking", which is in the "EMOBILE PC
Assistant" window displayed on the PC screen.
