Set Programmable to ON if your preset includes
different settings for intervals.
Set Programmable to OFF to automatically
repeat the same interval.

Tap the interval list you want to update, select
the Sprint, Recovery, and Repeat options, and
tap Back.

If you want to add any additional interval
presets, tap + and select the Sprint, Recovery,
and Repeat options.

add any additional interval presets.
Note:
You can delete and reorder interval presets by
tapping Edit.
