Connecting Alarm Inputs
Connect one end of the Alarm Connection to the COM (common) point.
Connect the other end of the Alarm Cable to any alarm input point (1–16).

Connecting Auxiliary Outputs
Connect one end of the Auxiliary Connection to the COM (common) point.
Connect the other end of the Auxiliary Cable to any alarm input point (1–16).
3.7
Connecting the Watchdog Cable
Connect the Serial cable to COM1 port and the RS-232 cable as shown to use these functions:
• Alarm inputs
• Auxiliary outputs
• PTZ control
• Watchdog function
• External monitor output function
• Network status
