INSTALLING THE BATTERY PACK
See Figures 4 - 6.
To open the battery port door:
 Turn the latches on the truck in the direction shown to
release and remove the door.
To install the battery pack:
 Align the raised rib on the battery pack with the groove
in the battery port.
 Place the battery pack in the truck.
 Make sure the latches on each side of the battery pack
snap in place and that the battery pack is secured in
the truck.

 Slide the tabs on the door into place. Turn the latches
to secure the door.
REMOvING THE BATTERY PACK
 Open and remove the battery port door.
 Depress the latches on both sides of the battery pack
to release it. Remove battery pack.
 Close the battery port door.
 Lock the door into place with the battery door latches.
