Voicemail Administration Guide
Enter voicemail administration:
Must be done from the system administrator's phone (default 101).
 Dial the voicemail pilot number *8
Enter administrative menu:
 Dial 72 to access the menu
To record an announcement message:
 Dial 2 to enter the announcement message menu
 Enter the mailbox number (001-032)
 Dial 5 to listen to the message
 Dial 7 to record a new message
 Dial 3 to delete the message
 Dial # to return to the menu
