and D2 on PWB ass'y.
Is the measured value
approx. 17.0 Vac ?
YES
Replace the PWB with a new
one.
measure the secondary voltage
of transformer.
NO
Is the 3.0A fuse down ?
YES
Replace the fuse and varistor
with new ones.

a new one.
