b. base cover
c. keyboard trim
3. Remove the screws and lift the battery bay of the computer.
4. Perform the following steps as shown in the illustration:
a. Lift the keyboard-backlight cable latch [1].
b. Remove the cable from the system board [2].
c. Lift the trackstick cable latch [3].
d. Remove the cable from the system board [4].
e. Lift the keyboard cable latch [5].
f. Remove the cable from the system board [6].
g. Lift the touchpad cable latch [7].
h. Remove the cable from the system board [8].
