    Safety Precaution for Repair > Lead-Free Solder 1-3 Lead-Free Solder The printed circuit board that uses lead-free solder is adopted. To protect the global environment, use the recommended lead-free solder also during servicing. Read and observe the following before soldering: Caution ALWAYS wear protective goggles during soldering so that no solder smoke or scattered solder enters the eye.

    General Description 2-1 Overview VK-S454R/S454ER is a color chassis video camera: All these models incorporate an optical 23-power compact zoom lens. The signal process circuit is equipped with a digital signal processor (D.S.P.6) that is the same as that of VK-S454/S454E.

Wide Dynamic Range A wide dynamic range is achieved by the progressive synthesis function, which records an image at a shutter speed suitable for brighter object and another image at a shutter speed suitable for darker object, then and synthesizes the two images, thereby reproducing a clear picture.
