DISASSEMBLING THE ENGINE

REMOVING THE CYLINDER HEAD AND CYLINDER

1. Remove:
Spark plug

Cylinder head mounting nut
●
Cylinder head
●
2. Remove:
Cylinder head gasket
●
Cylinder mounting nut
●
Cylinder
●
Cylinder gasket
●

REMOVING THE PISTON AND PISTON RING

1. Remove:
Piston pin clip
●
Piston pin
●
Piston
●
CAUTION:
Before removing piston pin clip, cover
●
crankcase with a clean rag to prevent piston
pin clip from falling into crankcase cavity.
Before removing the piston pin，deburr the
●
clip groove and pin hole area．If the piston
pin groove is deburred and piston pin is
still difficult to remove，use the piston pin
puller .
Do not use a hammer to drive the piston.

Small end bearing
