TROU BLESHOOTING
Problem
Unable to pull back rod
Unable to push rod forward
No grease when trigger is pulled
Possible Cause
Vacuum build up
Pressure build up
Rod is still connected to plunger
Grease tube is empty
Air pockets in the grease tube
Check valve is clogged
Filter is clogged
Grease appears in relief valve
Zerk fitting is blocked
Motor does not run when trigger
Battery
is pulled
Grease leaks out of the back of
Rubber seal is flipped the wrong direction
Refer to Preparing the Grease Gun for Suction and
the grease tube
Filler Pump Filling.
Possible Solution
Unscrew the purge valve to release vacuum.
Unscrew the purge valve to release pressure.
Rotate grease tube handle 90 degrees to disengage it.
Add grease.
Refer to Purging Air Pockets.
Refer to Cleaning Contamination
from the Check
Valve.
Refer to Cleaning Contamination
from the Filter.
Disconnect coupler from fitting, clean zerk fitting and grease
path.
Make sure the battery is fully charged.
