Grease the traction unit
Check engine oil level
Check radiator coolant level
Check for loose fasteners
Check tire pressure (20 psi)
Clean primary air filter
Check hydraulic oil level

Inspect hydraulic lines for leaks

Check battery electrolyte level

Check wheel lug nut torque (50 ft.-lbs)
Change engine oil filter (every other oil change)
Check engine speed (1300 rpm idle and 3700 full throttle, 100)

Check fan belt and alternator belt tension
Change hydraulic filter

Inspect fuel lines for leaks

Replace primary and secondary air filters
Replace the fuel filter
Replace the fuel filter
Check radiator coolant protection temperature
Check radiator coolant rotection tem erature
Touch up chipped paint
1. More often in dusty, dirty conditions.
2. Change oil after the first 50 operating hours.
3. Change the hydraulic filter and torque the lug nuts after the first 8–10 operating hours
4. For severe duty or rental applications, change every 75 operating hours.
5. For severe duty or rental applications, change every 150 operating hours.
6. For severe duty or rental applications, change every 400 operating hours
7. Flush radiator coolant system and replace coolant every two years.
