Follow the procedures below to enable the ActiveX controller and plug-in if these are disabled in Internet
Explorer.
● Go to AToolsB - AInternet OptionsB - ASecurityB and click on ATrusted sitesB. Press the ASites...B button and add URL of VN-E4
to the zone.
Example of VN-E4 URL: https://192.168.0.2
● Go to AToolsB - AInternet OptionsB - ASecurityB and click on ATrusted sitesB. Press the ACustom LevelB button and select
AEnableB for all items in AActive X controls and plug-insB.

VN-E4 will be blocked if the popup block function in Internet Explorer is enabled. Follow the procedures below
to disable the popup block function.
● All sites will be permitted if AToolsB - APop-up BlockerB - ATurn Off Pop-up BlockerB is selected.
● To allow only designated sites such as VN-E4, select AToolsB - APop-up BlockerB - APop-up Blocker SettingsB and add the IP
address of VN-E4.

When plug-in tools such as Yahoo or Google tool bars are installed in Internet Explorer, disable the popup
block functions of each of these plug-in tools accordingly.
